The team Vice announced the cancellation of his appearance in Vigan festival due to his condition. According to her sister, Dr Tina Viceral the kidney stones had blocked his urinary tract resulting pressure build-up in the kidney, thus the pain. Ans several procedures have undergone by Vice Ganda and now is recovering. Vice Ganda now is taking medications and has already been discharged from the hospital.
